A winner of the eccentric lottery, Charles, living alone on a remote island, tries to transform his dreams into reality by hiring his favorite musician, Herb McGwyer, to play an exclusive and private concert. With the knowledge of Herb, Charles also hired the former companion and ex-girlfriend of Herb, Nell, with his new husband in a trailer, to interpret the old favorites. While temperatures are glowing and old tensions are surface, stormy time traps them all on the island and Charles is desperately looking for a way to recover his dream concert.
