The Duttons faced new challenges in the early 20th century, including western expansion, prohibition, and the rise of the Great Depression. While America’s Great Depression began in 1929, it began early in Montana. The Great Depression began in Montana in 1918, almost 10 years before the rest of the nation. While the rest of America was thriving, Montana was struggling. Between drought and a decline in demand for agricultural products, the "Great War" (also known as World War I, from 1914 to 1918) caused many farmers to suffer greatly. As a result, Montana farmers would not pay war loans, leading to widespread bank failures throughout the state. Between 1921 and 1925, half of Montana farmers lost their land. By 1925, 70,000 of Montana’s 82,000 ranchers had left. In addition, 200 banks in Montana have failed. The drought not only affected crops, but also the locust infestation and cattle that transmitted the infestation. He starred in Timeless Heroes: Indiana Jones and Harrison Ford (2023). I honestly enjoyed this, and while I would need something to see it, something made me feel like it could be better (a tougher challenge after Yellowstone!) BUT . BUT. BUT… It seems like it’s finally starting to get going with the subplots merging… And then it ends – obviously this was meant for a second season – BUT – if it doesn’t happen, you’ve just wasted your time , as the story wasn’t even finished by the end of the first season. And there’s currently no announcement or schedule for a second season… This is driving me so crazy! It’s like going to a great restaurant and they only serve the side dishes without the main course!!! What the hell….Come on producers….Pull your fingers out!!!!
